Job Description

You will lead the logistics/warehouse team, oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations; optimizing storage space and delivery accuracy. Responsible for Singapore deliveries and export shipments; ensuring on-time delivery to achieve operations turnaround KPI. To plan & strategize the logistic & warehousing operational, aligning with the global direction of the economic Responsibilities:

• Oversee Dangerous Goods / Non-DG warehouse; maintain the physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing warehouse processes; inspecting equipment.
• Complies with ISO, and Singapore warehousing licensing regulation, material handling (liquid and powder form), and licensing requirements by studying existing and new regulations; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Participate in auditing our transporters / 3PL warehouse, safety, and processes
• Ensures efficient and effective collaboration between the forwarder and 3PL logistics & warehouse partners
• Inventory management/control by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system.
• Management of chemical/waste disposal & equipment refurbishment
• Strengthening the relationship and coordination between internal & external stakeholders.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Deliver cost-saving and achieve operational excellence through continuous improvement (TPM)

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills to deliver the strategic vision of the organization.
• Excellent knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain, with clarity for understanding the importance and interdependencies associated with each stage of the process
• Operate effectively with uncertainty, ambiguity, and a changing environment.
• 10+ years' operational logistics experience in relevant industries, with knowledge of chemical industries
