Responsibilities: Oversee and manage Logistics Solutions Operation including inbound/outbound, warehousing & transportation operations Manage heat treatment operations to ensure daily production schedules are fulfilled efficiently Monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods Improve product shipment (packaging) and optimize transportation operation Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required Manage and ensure picking and stock accuracy for 3rd party inventory Ensure compliance of A3PL import record Review and manage warehouse budget & operating cost Ensure all machinery equipment are properly maintain Ensure occupational safety and health of the workplace are observed Requirements: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or related field At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehouse operations or other logistics related functions Lean and Six Sigma experience preferred Good knowledge of packaging solutions for the cargo Good knowledge and experience in 3rd party warehousing including VMI and A3PL Strong knowledge and experience in inventory control and management Strong analytic and problem-solving skills Effective people manager and interpersonal skills Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment Advanced Excel skills Good knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations, including security requirements
