Job Description
s:
- Lead warehousing and supply chain teams in driving inventory and warehouse projects.
- Ensure continuous process improvements and inventory control. Assist in project management and team training. Plan, coordinate, and execute warehouse operations, including transportation. Monitor inventory accuracy and compliance with processes.
- Promote a culture of business process improvements. Enforce corporate social responsibility policies.
- Drive completion of technology projects and manage customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a safe work environment and manage safety assessments.
- Lead proactive changes based on risk assessments. Assist with RFQs and act as key account manager if needed.
- Manage fleet operations and maintenance, providing management reports.
- Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.
- Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or a related field required
- Experience in 3PL/warehousing/4PL distribution within medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors preferred
- Minimum of 6 years\' relevant experience in a warehousing environment (GDP certified, ISO13485/ISO9001)
- Familiarity with transport management systems
- Proficient in warehouse management system software and MS office applications
