This Company is self-developed transport management system is the core of the company, enabling intelligent route scheduling, full transparency in transit, abnormal transport process alarms and refined management of logistics costs. It optimizes the cargo structure and reduces the overall bilateral cost of the route.

s:

  • Create the supply chain operation and management model according to strategic plan.
  • Formulate short-term, medium and long-term development plans for the supply chain.
  • Responsible for the operational implementation of the overall plan.
  • Build a supplier management system that meets the company\'s business development needs by developing the control standards and processes.
  • Meet internal and external customer needs, and reducing operating costs with efficiency improvement.
  • Participate in the discussion of major strategic issues of the company and propose solutions from the supply chain perspective.
  • Forecasting, analyzing, and grasping market fluctuations in the industry by analyzing key nodes and risk points in the process of supply chain management.
  • Providing early warning in business risks.
  • Handling the external supplier management, maintaining good relations with external suppliers and relevant authorities.
  • Develop the supply chain organization design and talent training to enhance business service and operation capability.
Requirements:
  • Willing to work onsite in Indonesia, since the role will manage Indonesian region.
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • 5+ years management experience in logistics companies.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management in logistics enterprises of 4A or above or cross-border logistics enterprises, familiar with the operation mode of international logistics industry is preferred.
  • Experienced in B2B segment is a must.
  • Strong market analysis, marketing and promotion skills.
  • Familiar with the development of logistics market dynamics and trends.
  • Able to understand the market channels and costs, and effectively assess channel costs and channel space.
  • Good market planning, co-ordination and management skills, understanding of basic financial knowledge, keen judgment and risk control ability.
  • Fluent speaking and communicating in english and mandarin (Chinese).
