Job Summary:

• Working location: Expo
• Working days & hrs: 5 days work ; Monday to Friday ; 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
• AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including supply chain coordination and inventory management
• Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of all incoming and outgoing shipment documentation
• Update all material movements in the system promptly
• Ensure paperwork is accurate and complies with company policies
• Collaborate with warehouse and internal departments to understand requirements and priorities
• Perform accurate and timely transactions in the SAP system
• Maintain and archive all incoming and outgoing documents
• Ensure inventory accuracy and accountability
• Update NEA reports as required
• Handle the procurement of indirect materials
• Generate weekly/monthly stock count sheets and update monthly discrepancy reports
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and hauliers for shipment and transportation needs
• Release outgoing shipments to forwarders and arrange local deliveries
• Generate manual delivery notes as necessary
• Ensure the department\'s safety, cleanliness, and tidiness
• Process and document Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) transactions
• Create and process production orders in the system
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager
• Review and revise incoming/outgoing logistics processes
• Initiate continuous improvements in warehouse operations

Job Requirement(s):

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing industry
• Well knowledge of SAP
• Able to work with minimum supervision
