Working location : Alps Avenue (Changi area)

Working Day: 5.5 working days

Responsible for handling import and export customs clearance in compliance with relevant regulations. Related some warehouse job Prepares and verifies all required shipping and customs documentation. Liaises with customs authorities to ensure timely clearance of goods. Submits permit applications for imports and exports through systems. Coordinates with government agencies to obtain necessary licenses or approvals. Ensures all shipments meet local and international trade compliance requirements. Works closely with internal departments to support logistics operations. Communicates with clients, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to provide shipment updates and resolve issues. Provide support to the deployment team by covering duties during colleagues' leave or absence. Maintains accurate records and supports audits or inspections by customs or trade authorities. Keeps up to date with customs laws, free trade agreements, and regulatory changes. Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:

- Willing to work in the warehouse sometimes.

- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office

- Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude

- Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment

- Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks

- Expect overtime on a regular basis

- Individual without experience may apply as training will be provided as our cost

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,300.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)
