Job Description

Job Duties :

Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries across our network Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement Collaborate with tech and customer service teams to resolve operational bottlenecks Implement and refine SOPs to uphold high standards of service and efficiency Lead initiatives to optimize resource allocation, route planning, and partner coordination Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement and cost-effectiveness Support onboarding and training of delivery partners to ensure compliance and quality Assist in verifying invoices and supporting documents. Coordinate with finance to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate payment records. Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Plan manpower allocation and arrange overtime when required Maintain high inventory accuracy and accountability Review and set up operational procedures when necessary * Proficient in Power BI
