Our client is a specialised organization focusing on the distribution of paper and packaging worldwide. They are currently seeking for talents to join their expansion plan as a Logistics & Operations Executive where the incumbent will be overseeing the warehouse and operational duties.

Job Details:
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: Office hours
- Location: Nicoll Highway
- Bonus: AWS + VB

- Liaise with 3PL on daily warehouse operations, logistics and stock arrangement
- Prepare weekly/monhtly inventory, stock and aging resports
- Conduct monthly stock review and follow up on shipment status
- Involved in purchasing of products
- Strong in Excel (Pivot table/VLOOKUP)
- Candidates with 3PL experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
