Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $2,800 to $3,600

• Annual Wage Supplement

• Performance Bonus (1 to 2 Months)

• Annual Leave

• Working Days: 5.25 Days

• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.50pm (Mon to Fri) / 8.30am to 12.30pm (Alt. Sat)

• Location: Changi South (Company transport is provided at Woodlands / AMK / Yishun / Sengkang / Punggol / Bedok)

Responsibilities:

• Oversees designated operations to meet Customer\'s expectations including process mapping with Customer for new or changed business requirements

• Ensure delivery and collection of cargo for Import and Export respectively are carried out timely

• Coordinate with Export and Import on the next day schedule

• Assist in verification of vendor\'s billing invoices

• Participate in design and development of systematic and technical directions of vendors\' activities

• Issuance and tabulation of service issues and Transporter Corrective Action Report (TCAR)

• Monitor and track the Department\'s KPIs and process milestone

• Participate and lead in assigned improvement project(s) for the department

• Identify areas for productivity gain and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience

• Candidates must have some basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
