Job Description

- Prepare, handle and coordinate shipments pertaining to customers' needs.
- Handle shipping documents.
- Coordinate with operation team on delivery schedule.
- Prepare billing to customers.
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers through understanding their requirements, needs, and performance measures.
- Update container details and inventory for customers promptly and accurately.
- Maintain and keep container records.
- Issue invoices to clients for the services provided.
- Min. O levels / Diploma in any related field.
- Min. 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Candidates without working experience are welcomed as training will be provided.
- Day shift
- Overtime pay
