Job Description


This role responsible for overseeing the preparation, shipping, and receiving process. He/she will coordinate and oversee outgoing movement activities, such as 3PL, transportation, and warehousing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage export declarations of all raw materials and finished goods.
  • To coordinate the shipment of export orders received from CSRs. This includes export related documents application, shipping scheduling, shipment monitoring and other coordinating tasks.
  • To ensure timely updates to the system on goods transactions, transportation costs and any other shipping costs.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and cooperation within the company to ensure a smooth shipment arrangement with the service provider.
  • To prepare bills of lading and other shipping documents including customs declarations and insurance policies.
  • To coordinate shipments with customs officials to ensure compliance with international shipping laws.
  • To monitor closely the delivery schedules and ensure all customs clearance KPIs are being met.
  • Maintain proper records of all transactions related to the companys logistics operation, permit, COO, SCCI, and shipping documents. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards and procedures and support audit activities and requirements.
  • To maintain strong engagement with stakeholders to ensure conformance to order delivery, fulfilment and customer satisfaction needed for business success.
  • Identify and analyze logistics cost and other key performance indicators to guide actions for achieving goals.
  • Ensure that internal controls and supply chain practices are followed in accordance with internal policies.
  • Reporting of regional activities on a monthly basis for communication with key stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in supply chain/business Management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in the related field; Preferably 2 years experience in the logistic function or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and other languages will be at advantage. This role may need to communicate with oversea colleague or vendor in China
Specific Knowledge:
  • Experience with export operation procedures and the ability to work independently.
  • Possess good planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to work productively and collaboratively with multi functional teams to achieve Business goals.
  • Reliability and accuracy in the performance of daily tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables).
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP/S&OP systems
