Job Description
:Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pmPosition SummaryThis position is responsible to provide support for general tasks in the warehouse. Picks and packsshipments, performs delivery and pick-up, loads and unloads, as well as scans all packages. Receives,put-away, issues and stock-takes materials/inventory.Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo
- Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and expenses.
- Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries.
- SAP/WMS, timely updating
- Track & Trace shipping details with Forwarding agents
- Weekly Cycle Count report
- Online courier booking and liaise with forwarders via email / phone
- Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties
- Experience in logistics, warehousing
- Able to handle heavy lifting and packing, preferably with a forklift license.
- Basic computer skills.
