Key Responsibilities: 1) Review open orders and past dues for instruments, spares and consumables for Worldwide regions and take the vital actions to fulfill the orders. 2) Scheduling for Worldwide orders based on inventory availability and enabling prioritization to meet demand. 3) Collaborating closely with global planners or buyers to expedite part shortage to meet the order completeness and customer requested delivery dates. 4) Coordinate part shipment and consolidation with ADC personnel by figuring out best shipping dates and assisting with some shipping document work where applicable. 5) Be the focus point in communication with sales/customer fulfillment group and advise order status to relevant parties in a timely manner. 6) Resolve issues with internal parties to ensure shipments meet Customer/Operational expectations. 7) Coordinate with CS and Finance team for Demo & Seed orders. 8) Coordinate with CS, Warehouse and Transport team for return shipment and work with Quality for disposition. 9) Support in the investigation of internal/external customer complaints to find the root causes and discuss with their Senior on an appropriate solution to resolve them. 10) Maintain accurate filing system for all order related and shipping status documentations. 11) Support group supervisor in data collection (if required) for them to perform analysis work. 12) Ensure that systems and procedures within the department are compliance with ISO9001, ISO13485, QSR 21CFR, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and WHO Good Distribution Practice. Preferred Qualifications: Must be organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures. Work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment, communicating efficiently with both colleagues and external customers and following verbal and written instructions. Must be able to efficiently tackle problems relating to sales, planning and transportation of goods in locations both local and overseas. Must have excellent digital literacy and be able to operate Microsoft Office and be familiar with any other software pertinent to the position. Must have very strong spreadsheet skills (Excel). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Minimum: Requirements/Qualifications: 2 years Diploma/Degree in Business/Logistics. 2 years overall experience equivalent in Supply Chain management.
