Provide administrative support to sales and management team by generating and maintaining stock report to monitor and track on inventory. Handle application with respective agencies for operational permits for business process and compliance. Overseeing the shipment and delivery of goods and liaise with Vendor administrative and retailers to achieve mutual satisfaction. Coordinate with forwarder on import/export work Work closely with Service Centre for additional level of quality control to improve service standards Maintain proper filing of documents, warehouse logs and records. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
