Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Primary Duties:
- Manage all logistics matter and documentation
- Apply for import / export permits for strategic goods.
- Track and ensure the validity of all import/export licenses.
- To develop and manage an internal assessment and audit program with colleagues globally.
- To implement global trade compliance policies and procedures from HQ.
- To conduct internal audits, respond to customs requests, entry corrections and manage key global compliance regulations.
- Provide support and expertise to colleagues on global trade-related litigation, compliance investigations, and voluntary disclosures.
- Work with customs brokers, regulator agents, Legal, and trade compliance team to resolve related issues by clarifying questions and recommending solutions.
- Drive change and process improvement in the Organisation\xe2\x80\x99s trade compliance operations.
- Other duties specified by Senior Manager, Operations.
