Roles & Responsibilities Role Objectives: The position is within the LPG product department with primary focus on Asian fully ref. product markets. The LPG product team analyses and facilitates the fully ref. shipping departments on a global basis. The role will involve liaising with colleagues to add commercial value to the company. The role will require international travel and communicating with traders, terminals, ship owners and analysts on a global basis to develop ‘new’ business.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and execute deals between parties both directly and via co-broking with colleagues.
• Gather data from the market and help coordinate information within company systems.
• Analyse market information in order to understand product flows and price trends.
• Development of new markets across Asia and the implementation of these markets in the day to day broking and operations procedures.
• Ensure all developments and important information is handed over to other members of the team at the start of each day
• Build and maintain client relations by providing information face to face, via telephone, messaging, and email.

• Strong negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English language.
• Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills.
• Investigation and decision making abilities.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good presentation skills.
• High level of attention to detail.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese), Korean or Japanese.
• 1-2 years within Energy and/or shipping industries.

Education: Educated to degree level (or have relevant work experience).
Salary:
Subject to relevant experience, additional bonus payments linked to performance and income generation.
