- At least 8 years solid Managerial Level work experience
- Strong and solid experience in Sales and Marketing
- With solid experience in Operations, Marketing and Sales combines
- Excellent in handling personnel more than 30
- Excellent in MS Office and Spreadsheet
- Proficient in Oral and Written communication
- Excellent in customer service
- Aggessive, committed
- Particular also in technical plant operation
- Willing to work in Pili Diversion Road, Cam Sur
- Can drive 4wheels
- May have the option to stay in Plant premises
- Company car
