[What the role is]
[LTA-AS] ASSISTANT MANAGER, OFFICE MANAGEMENT
[What you will be working on]
You will lead a team of executives in overseeing and managing various corporate support functions within the organisation. This may include store management, telecommunication services, staff card services, corporate fleet management of motor vehicles and any other corporate support activities.
Your responsibilities include the procurement of goods and services, the preparation of tender specifications, contract management, the monitoring of budget and expenditure utilisation and the tracking of contract performance.
You will also need to conduct reviews to identify and implement potential enhancements and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Other duties which include collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive corporate culture or initiatives, such as environmental sustainability. This includes the design and development of EDMs to support these initiatives.
You are required to work closely with the team to ensure the daily operations run smoothly and / or perform other tasks or duties as and when required.
