Data Analysis & Dashboard Development:
o Collect and analyse recruitment data, identifying key metrics and trends. o Develop and maintain a recruitment dashboard that provides actionable insights into processes, timelines, and areas for improvement. o Regularly update the dashboard and prepare reports for HR leadership.
Internal Communication Support:
o Collaborate with the employee engagement team to support communication efforts around employee engagement, wellness, and flexible work arrangements. o Draft internal communication materials such as newsletters, emails, and intranet posts to keep employees informed and engaged.
Recruitment/Scholarship Operations:
o Provide operational support in the execution of recruitment/scholarship processes, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. o Ensure smooth and efficient operations in recruitment- and scholarship-related activities.Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in HR software and tools, particularly in creating dashboards and reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
