What the role is:DEPUTY MANAGER, RECORDS MANAGEMENTWhat you will be working on:The LTA\'s Knowledge Management (KM) Division embraces the power of change and drives LTA toward a knowledge and digital-ready organisation. As part of the Records Management (RM) section in the KM Division, you will be working in a flexible and result-oriented environment with a good teamwork culture. Your main work goal is to push for a sustainable RM culture and governance across LTA, ensuring that records are managed in accordance to the Instruction Manual on Management of Public Records (IM4L) provisions and LTA\'s RM best practices. In addition, you are also expected to contribute to digital initiatives to plan and transform operational efficiencies in records management.Key Responsibilities:
