Job Description
What the role is:DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, CONCESSION SCHEMESWhat you will be working on:You will design and review policies regarding the administration and implementation of public transport concession schemes.You will work closely with key stakeholders in the public transport industry to safeguard the interests of concession cardholders, as well as ensure that concession schemes are administered responsibly and in a financially prudent manner. In addition, you will seek ways to constantly improve their user experience at every stage of the customer journey, from ticketing to usage of public transport services.What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- At least 3 years of working experience in project administration and/or
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and writing skills
- Able to conceptualise, articulate and operationalise policies and initiatives
- Self-motivated, able to work well under pressure and tight timelines
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Able to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Highly adaptable, independent, positive team player who can multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and
- Those without working experience are welcome to apply
