Flexi Shift/Roster - Normally:
AM Shift: 7.30AM - 11.30AM
PM Shift: 5.00PM - 10.00PM
(May vary according to cruise schedule)
Salary: $12.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations at the cruise terminal.
Support logistics and customer service teams during ship arrival and departure days.
Provide a welcoming and professional experience for passengers.
Assist in the coordination and delivery of passenger transfer services.
Gather customer feedback for service improvement and innovation.
Generate daily and monthly commission reports.
Learn how to manage with our vendors and partners from overseas.
On-the-Job training will be provided.
