Job Description
Adecco has partnered with a premium lifestyle brand, flagship store located conveniently at Raffles City. The brand is dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to its global clientele. Products include carefully curated collection of comfort and contemporary style, featuring a range of underwear, loungewear, women\'s essentials, and athletic wear.Key Responsibilities:
- Offer assistance to customers in the fitting rooms, providing advice and guidance.
- Provide exemplary customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate sales through product knowledge, upselling, and participation in promotions.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales environment, restocking shelves, and arranging displays.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process returns/exchanges, and reconcile sales.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with receiving and stocking shipments, and conduct regular counts.
- Ensure store cleanliness, perform opening/closing duties, and assist in general maintenance.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to commit to retail shifts five days a week, including weekends & PH.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift items.
