Role: M365 Engineer (Intune)Employment Type: PermLocation: Singapore, TuasThe M365 Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to deploy, and support the M365 environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Microsoft Intune across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Plan, deploy, and configure Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) across the organization.Ensure compliance with IT security policies and M365-related procedures, develop and maintain technical documentation, and represent IT in business continuity planning.Provide Level 2/3 support for Intune-related issues, including device enrollment, policy application, and app distribution.Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree or relevant work experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience managing and supporting Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.Experience with ITSM principles, M365 security technologies, and Microsoft Windows ServersStrong interpersonal communication skills and certifications in Microsoft 365 [good to have]Experience working in a global teamEA License Number: 11C3017EA Personnel Number: R21100713
