Job Description

:

• Setting up and operate CNC machining center and CNC Lathe.
• Perform complex operation in many kind of conventional machines such as Lathe, milling machine, Precision grinding, CG etc.
• Minor maintenance of Toolroom machines.
• Carry out in process measurements and troubleshooting.
• To responsible of all production mechanical related product matter and troubleshoot on dimensions non-conformance, and provide corrective actions and remedy.
• Responsible to work safely and comply with all the safety work procedures and practices.
• Report any abnormal or extraordinary incidents to the supervisors for his/her action and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of service and repairs activities.
• Provide detailed reports of the jobs/repairs carried out.
• Keep track of the stock inventory and informed the HOD to place orders for necessary upon approval.
• Able to work with other specialists of the same or lower skill level and successfully complete projects.
• Communicates all findings and recommendations to customer and supervisor.
• Utilize available resources to conduct technical research.
• Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or Precision Machining.
• Able to understand and interpret of mechanical blue print.
• Able to use measuring instrument.
• Works under moderate supervision.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• On job training will be provided.
• Service oriented and ability to work in a team with good communication skills.
• This is a Junior Executive position. For candidate who have a higher experience will be considered to a senior role
• Salary will be commensurate based on qualification and experience.
