Sort all incoming mail and put in assigned mailboxes located inside the mailroom
Receive, assign and notify recipients of incoming courier packages to be picked up from the mailroom
Pick-up, meter and send out all outgoing mails
Facilitate the outgoing & incoming shipment/airmail/local packages to/from DHL, SingPost, DEXCO, TRADE LINK courier services
Newspaper subscription, collection & distribution services
Covering of front-desk receptionist duties
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
Minimum GCE \'O\' Levels with at least a year of relevant experience handling mailroom
Able to multi-task and is detail-oriented
Good communication skills
Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior
