Maintenance Assistant
Job Description
Responsibilities : Performs daily duties including preventive maintenance in electrical. Trouble-shooting on facility systems. Coordinate works with appointed vendors, suppliers and subcontractor in relation to facilities management. Adheres to all safety and security guidelines regarding equipment safety and chemical handling procedures. Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.Requirements: Diploma/NITEC in building services /mechanical /electrical / facilities management At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in facilities management or relevant Physical fit to handle operations duties Able to communicate with team members and maintain good teamwork
