Job Description

:

General Duties (Wednesday - Friday)

• Carry out routine maintenance and repair works, electrical, plumbing, plastering, and painting works

• Order, receive and check goods and supplies for maintenance and store them in correct storage areas

• Assist gardening staff with clearing of excessive plant litter and leaves during inclement weather

• Prevent water from accumulating near the building, look for any signs of gutter or downspout problems. Check to ensure there is no potential mosquito breeding. Clear gutters and drains of blockage.

• Ensure that all external and internal light fixtures are in working condition

• Handle general duties such as set up of rooms, moving of furniture from classroom to classroom or EtonHouse branches

• Assist in setting up of rooms for school events, graduation ceremony, festive functions when required;

• Any other duties as and when assigned

External Vendors Coordinator (Saturday & Sunday)

• Be present as main liaison person in school on every Saturday & Sunday for external events with Gardens By The Bay and/or EtonHouse Headquarters

• Ensure the security and cleanliness of the school before, during and after the event

Location: EtonHouse Gardens, 18 Marina Gardens Drive (Fixed location, do not require to travel)
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (5 days work)
Working Hours: Not more than 44 hours per week
