Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance for preventive and corrective maintenance works on equipment. Endure that proper records of maintenance works are being kept in the section under charge Assist in the investigation of damage/accident and preparation of necessary repor Liaise and follow-up with owners on matters relating to maintenance works Conduct patrol checks on maintenance works Co-ordinate with other departments(including Japan) on matters relating to maintenance works. Preparation, monitor and control of works procedure Preparation and control of technical check-sheets for maintenance works Report to superior on matters relating to the section Keep proper records and filling of works carried out. Control and study for reduction of breakdown ratio Preparation of necessary reports on relating maintenance works Ensure that maintenance work is being carried out Preparation of quotations for parts/renovation works Issue Job instructions for works Ensure compliance to the Environmental Policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution. Carry out any other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

Basic administrative skills Able to manage and control a team of technicians in day to day work Handle technical aspects and liaise with customer for maintenance and operation matters
