Responsibilities of the role

• Plan, schedule and supervise of maintenance tasks (Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities, etc.) for the assigned lines/operations to support desired PQCDSM results.
• Optimize maintenance & repairing cost with no compromise to safety, quality, stewardship, and operation reliability
• Set up and maintain spare part master data accuracy through maintenance management information system
• Participate in spare parts management as part of storeroom work process
• Own Equipment maintenance and operation standards and respective results for assigned equipment/ operations
• Participate and/or lead in operation daily direction setting (DDS) and weekly/monthly PM review meeting
• Build PM capability for the organization
• Work with external vendor/3rd parties to drive best value solutions.

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

• Degree or Diploma with background/ skills in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Experience in maintenance planning/execution in manufacturing plant
• Basic knowledge of regulatory rules and regulation and EHS requirements
• Excellent English Fluency (Written and Verbal)
• Mastery in SAP (Maintenance/storeroom Module)
• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills where you can work effectively with third party/ suppliers, and cross functional stakeholders
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Initial start up phase for the first year \xe2\x80\x93 expected travel will be approximately 30% - 50%
