Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment Daily monitoring of facilities equipment performance Handle basic repairs and maintenance Diagnose mechanical issues and correcting them Repair and install machines, equipment, or structures as necessary Report to maintenance manager for issues Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations Any other ad-hoc dutiesJobs & Specification: Must have relevant experience in doing building maintenance Must possess good attitude and willing to work hard Must be physical fit and strong Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, electrical wiring Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts Experienced using common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches Strong organizational and follow up skills Eye for detail Professional presentation and attitude Ability to maintain focus while working individuallyLocation: Pasir Ris
