RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall, in-charge of Maintenance department
In-charge of Manpower deployment and scheduling / allocation
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance carried out for production machineries and refrigeration system for plant equipment and facilities
Provide trouble shooting when fault arise
Provide necessary guidance / technical advise to maintenance technicians or external contractor to execute the maintenance work according to good engineering practice
Record, update and maintain maintenance record for equipment serviced
Ensure work service is carried out accordingly to safety rules and regulations
Communicate with clients on servicing schedule / requirement
Raise purchase requisition for parts and tools / machining work to executive the repair work
To maintain building compound ACMV / fire protection system etc
To maintain steam boiler in accordance to regulation

REQUIREMENTS:

Min Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics engineering or equivalent
At least 5-8 year experience in ACMV or mechanical plant / equipment maintenance
Experience in Manufacturing plant or data centered experience are desired
Good troublr shooting skill and safety requirement
Able to work under tight deadlines in fast paced environment
Able to communicate in English with basic paperwork ability
