Job Overview:
The Maintenance System Administrator/Engineer is primarily responsible for the administration and maintenance of the plant Maintenance Management System(Maintenance Experts System). This role is tasked to prepare PM schedule for all utilities and production equipment; perform spare parts inventory and system monitoring system and take lead roles in projects and tasks assigned by Engineering and Maintenance Manager, including supporting technical activity in terms of PLC programming/troubleshooting.
Principal Accountabilities:
Responsible person for AFPC MEX database system and QAD system- Coordinate with Engineering Supervisors on the PM activity for production and facilities/utilities equipment
- Generate a scheduled PM activity for both production and utilities equipment
- Generate reports in relation to engineering teams KPI and make regular updates
- Manages AFPC technical documents (As-built plans, PID, tech manuals etc)
- Responsible for spares inventory including consumption management, stock level identification and re-ordering point. This Includes Engineering and Maintenance tools inventory
- Manages the stock taking and inventory count of Engineering and Maintenance spares and materials and tally it with updated list and records
- Management of AFPC Landscaping Maintenance program
- Take active role in the continuous improvement program of the Engineering and maintenance department
