Hyster-Yale Asia Pacific Pty Ltd is looking for a customer centric & energetic Major Accounts Fleet Service Manager, Asia to join the Team at their Singapore office which is Asia Pacific Headquarters. This role will support service and fleet management, creating, updating and establishing systems, processes and procedures focused on continuous improvement of after-sales for customers and dealers.
The key accountabilities for this role are:

  • This individual will have the responsibility to effectively manage service and fleet management, creating, updating and establishing systems, processes and procedures focused on continuous improvement of after-sales for customers and dealers.

  • The Major Accounts Fleet Service Manager will need to be transformative and innovative in leading the implementation of digital and intelligence tools in services that aim to increase revenue and reduce costs involved in the process

  • Will also have to create KPIs designed to measure the department\'s performance (warranty claims, cost per hour, usage/availability, service calls, customer satisfaction, dealer performance).

  • The role of Major Accounts Fleet Service Manager, Asia will be a role that will oversee the other roles within Fleet Management.

  • This role requires a customer service focus with orientation to customer service and ability to lead and be an example to successfully introduce constructive changes to improve the processes involved to satisfy customers.

  • Essential is willingness to learn and adapt in a challenging environment.

The Major Accounts Fleet Service Manager, Asia will suit someone who has:
  • Business Or Engineering Degree or Similar level in Experience
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience with Fleet Management systems
  • Aftersales experience (Service and Repairs)
  • Ideally coming from the material handling industry (Not essential)
  • Given the Asian locaiton, a fluency in an Asian language will add significant advantage.
  • Good communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Orientation to customer service
