What you will be doing?


To promote and represent Sonova\'s products, market standing, brand elevation and distribution activities across assigned countries for the different brands of hearing instruments.


Together with the rest of the team, we are also responsible for Sonova\xe2\x80\x99s distributor
channel management in the following countries: Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Mongolia, Fiji, Pakistan, Myanmar, Cambodia and Papua New Guinea


Key Task and Responsibilities


Planning and performing visits to customers to present new products or solutions and to collect feedbacks
Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace
information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Keeping Sonova AG informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Recommending changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Providing direction, training and supervision to distributors.
Partnering distributors in product launches in conjunction with corporate strategy.
Managing in-country staff located in Thaliand, Indonesia and Philippines.
Supporting Sonova AG in Setting up of new business partners/distributors in the respective countries.
Evaluating distributors\xe2\x80\x99 effectiveness and compliance to agreement sand recommends changes if necessary to Sonova AG.


Required skills and experience:


Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent work experience required , MBA preferred.
Knowledge of Hearing Instrument Technology industry or related field ( Healthcare , optical or medical equipment will be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), including being comfortable presenting to small and large audiences.
Highly motivated and Independent
Someone who enjoys variety and has the flexibility to travel on a regular basis.
