Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver wonderful shopping experience to shoppers and guests of Marina Bay Sands
- Attend to shoppers\' enquiries and feedback for customer experience improvement
- Perform Mall Marketing redemptions and any other duties assigned
- Attend to Luxury Shoppers (VIP Service training will be provided)
- Plan and execute of a Service Campaign to motivate the team towards service excellence
- Perform Secondary Duties including Brochure Requisition, Bulletin Board Updates, Equipment Maintenance, Stationaries Requisition, First Aid Inventory and Counter Cleanliness
- Enjoy fun and be a proud ambassador of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands
- Keen to work in an exciting and learning environment
- Great personality with excellent customer service attitude
- Possess positive attitude, humble and willing to learn
- Interns who wish to pursue a successful career in hospitality field are encouraged to apply
- Have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Willing to work in rotating shift work
