Job Scope: - Handle general enquires over the concierge or via incoming call - Provide directional assistance to shoppers when necessary - Handle all redemption, ensuring inventories & Counter stocks are tallies in CRM - Track all lost and found item reported at the concierge - Administrating all written or verbal feedbacks received - Liaising with service team on facilities maintenance - Roving duties in the mall - Other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirement: - Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Officer - A good team player who possesses a cheerful personality and love challenges - Good communication skills and problem-solving skills - Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters - Experience in handling Point of Sales (POS) system is an advantage Interested applicants, please send your resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] OR click the 'Apply Now' button below.
