Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

Managing interface for design and construction of transit project and have full understanding of design approval process and TFP/TOP process
Take charge of all coordination work of civil, architectural and System-Wide Contractors (SWC)s and be responsible to manage project coordinators relating to civil/structural, architectural and E&M.
Manage / coordination work with sub-contractor Coordination between Architecture, M&E, and SWCs
Understands design management
Able to review shop drawings

Requirements :

Recognised Degree in Civil & Structural, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services

At least 8 years’ experience in the construction industry managing large scale and complex civil and infrastructure projects.
