We are currently representing multiple local and multinational workplace Design and Build organizations which are rapidly expanding, to look for a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding studios to serve their increasing pool of corporate clients ranging from mid-scale organizations to Fortune 500 companies.
Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full suite of M&E duties, from tender to pre-contract, post-contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting of subcontractors, particularly for M&E disciplines.
• Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants/engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission.
• Attend site show rounds whenever necessary and support tender team in M&E technical matters and pricing strategies.
• Assist the project team by providing all necessary technical input to facilitate the award of procurement/subcontract packages.
• Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements.
• Any other M&E related matter as and when required by tender/project team

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification.
• Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with local code of practice.
• Relevant experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Works.
• Competent in software skills MS Office and AutoCAD.
