Manage the procurement, evaluation, claim, and prepare the necessary data for cost reporting. & Requirements Review and correct interpretation / understanding of drawings, specifications, contractual requirements in tender Establish quantity, rate, cost, technical documents required for tender submission Request for quotation from vendor / subcontractor and preparation of subcontract agreement and / or purchase order. Change analysis and cost checking / planning for management of variation works. Able to provide solutions for M&E technical issues. 3 years working on site as M&E Quantity Surveyor Working experience as M&E Quantity Surveyor in pharmaceutical, semi-conductor, data center, petrochemical, commercial, residential of M&E cost $10 million and above Competency in MS Office, BIM, Navisworks and CAD would be an advantage Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related course Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Strong oral and written communication skills. Interpretation of M&E drawings, schematic, single line, specifications, good understanding of codes & regulations will be an advantage. Must be a team player and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Good time management skills. Understanding of critical project criteria related to compliance, schedule & productivity affecting cost. Ability to remain calm and productive in a high-pressure environment.
