What the role is:

As a Senior Officer in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

What you will be working on:

Budgeting, forecasting, data analysis

Operationalise budget policies and procedures to ensure the effective use and allocation of resources

Prepare financial reports and analysis for college management

Provide advice to management on financial matters such as proper accounting, fund sources, project budgeting and resource planning

Work closely with business units to better support the operations at college

Other adhoc duties assigned

What we are looking for:

Suitable credentials in Accountancy, Business or any related discipline

At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance or audit. Experience in public sector finance will be an added advantage.

Able to multi-task, work independently and as a team.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Has the drive to learn and apply new skills, knowledge, and new ways of working and be able to work under pressure to produce the desired results.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, meticulous with the ability to grasp timelines, operating context, and ground realities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
