Job Description

KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End to End business transformation initiatives incorporating SAP Products. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking an Associate Director / Director to join our leadership team.

You are expected to manage SAP Practice comprising of sales, delivery management and people management.

You will be responsible for the P&L for our practice and work independently and create our set of clients.

Working closely with KPMG Leadership to get their buy-in in the vision for the practice building and investment plan

The role involves:

• Building on relationships with ecosystem and with the prospective clients
• Leading proposals with a good understanding of SAP Solution Architecture, SAP implementation methodology and SAP Modules
• Leading people both in sales and delivery
• Managing conflicts during delivery
• Experience in selling and positioning SAP within business-oriented solutions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in support of multiple projects at a time

• Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Practice selling and delivering large scale enterprise solutions
• Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Strong understanding best practices, capabilities of SAP S/4 HANA
• Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills.
