Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director in daily operational and administrative matters
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on projects and initiatives
Track and follow up on ongoing projects and tasks
Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3-5 years experience in a management support or executive-level administrative role
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information
