Job Description

The Management Trainee (MT) role involves providing efficient and friendly service to customers. MTs ensure excellent standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and quality of product are maintained. MTs are expected to competently manage cash values and complete all shift sales report and till balancing on all shifts. In addition, MTs are expected to ensure that their store is rightfully resourced for both manpower and supplies to serve the consumer demand. MTs should support the baristas through regular coaching and developmental interventions.Reports:

• Daily inventory

• Daily usage and wastage

• Reconciled shift report, petty cash and change fund

• Store operations checklist

• Manpower rostering

Daily task:

• Deposit the sales

• Breaking system

• Monitor the operations

• Report the sales every shift

• Checking all the task and side duties of his staffs

• Monitor the cleanliness of the dining area

• Support servers during peak periods

• Consolidate all the store reports (Production and Wastage)

• Provides inputs on staff evaluation

• Escalation of store issues

• Responsible for the delivery of sales and cost performance of the store

• Ensures cleanliness of the store is maintained

• Ensures standards are followed and maintained

• Handles customer complaints and queries

• Ordering, monitoring and storage keeping of stocks

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pleasing personality

• Cheerful

• Has good communication skills

• 4 years graduate

• Willing to work on shifting schedule.

• Experience in a restaurant is an advantage but not required

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Willing to be assigned in Belmont Hotel
