Assist in food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation
Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, and monitoring stock levels
Learn and implement budgeting and cost control measures to optimize kitchen operations
Assist in staff training, ensuring all team members are knowledgeable about food preparation techniques and safety procedures
Contribute to recipe development and menu planning, incorporating new ideas and trends
Support the kitchen management team in daily operations and decision-making processes
