Changi Airport Group is looking for an experienced Advertising Sales Manager to drive the growth of our omnichannel advertising business. You will lead the development of the advertising business growth strategy, cultivation of the agency partnerships and / or sales pitching to deliver performance.
To excel in the role, you have to be familiar with the digital advertising / monetization landscape and tactics for value extraction. You should be both a strong individual contributor and good team player, be goal-oriented, and able to multi-task and handle multi stakeholders. Key areas of responsibilities include:
1) Grow New Advertising Revenue from Digital Assets (20%)
- Lead the discovery with internal / external stakeholders to identify opportunities.
- Strategize and develop a growth strategy to monetise Changi\'s digital assets and within the iShopChangi webstore platform.
- Identify synergies with the physical assets to maximise value extraction at the omni level.
- Implement the growth roadmap which may include cultivation of partnerships with agencies, sales pitching, working with stakeholders on back-end enablement (e.g. system etc).
2) Sponsorships (30%)
- Be the lead and champion to scale CAG\'s sponsorship business
- Manage the sponsorship portfolio with appointed agencies to design, lead, negotiate and ink sponsorship packages. You also have the liberty to source for direct sponsorship partnerships.
3) OOH Advertising Portfolio (50%)
- Manage and grow the current OOH advertising business
- Strategize and expand the portfolio with the aim to maximize occupancy rates
- Take charge of current asset enhancements and explore potential new real estate space that can further optimize revenue returns
