Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plan and support the Crisis Management team during a crisis response. This will include development and management of the business continuity management application systems plus conducting annual exercises for readiness. Conceptualize and drive the organisation's sustainability programs to ensure that business practices, products and services are compliant with GreenGov requirements Requirement: Facilities Management Work with CS Facilities team to ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of facilities. Preparation of CS Budget. Plan and implement facilities related projects. Assist with space planning/ renovation projects. Assist with evaluation of Security Systems or AV requirements for new HQ project Respond to facilities complaints/ maintenance issues. Sustainability Management Maintain the organisation's environmental management system in accordance with ISO14001 and other relevant local and international environmental standards Review legal requirements, compliance status and control measures to address significant environmental aspects and impacts Improve and innovate existing processes in order to achieve the organisation's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) objectives, targets and programs Report environmental performance to senior management for review and provide recommendations on areas of improvement Business Continuity Management (BCM) Plan and conduct BCM exercises including calltree exercise on an annual basis. Continuous improvement to the BCM programme eg BCM system development. Organise and train for annual BIA refresher training for departments' BCM Coordinators Collate and report BCM Strategic Indicators. Maintenance of the BCM Application System, (possibly includes ERM Application System if it sits on same platform). Requirements Bachelor in Business management, Facilities, Real Estate or any relevant. Business Continuity Management Certification Green Mark Accredited Professional Facilities Management Certification Experience in managing and leading environmental sustainability practices At least 5 years of relevant work experiences either in BCP capacity facilities management and sustainability management.
