What you will be working on
Job Responsibilities:
As Assistant Manager/Manager (Estate Management), you will:
• Oversee and lead on-site managing agent and specialist vendors on new initiatives, major repairs and maintenance works
• Manages the contract administration process for term contracts including, verifying works done and ensure timely verification & payment of term contract
• Identify and troubleshoot M&E issues as it arises
• Plan for continuous improvement works and implement environmental sustainability plans
• Manage and track budget expenditure and utilization for maintenance, R&R and capital replacement works
What we are looking for
Job Requirements:
• Background in Facilities Management, Building, Projects or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant FM experience in M&E systems
• Self-motivated and analytical when solving problems
• Able to work independently to deliver results and have good project management skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
