Job Scope:

• Oversee, manage and achieve the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s overall goals in the areas of public education, corporate communication and fundraising;

• Conceptualise and drive effective fundraising strategies to meet fundraising targets and outcomes;

• Manage donor portfolio, build relationships and expand donor segments;

• Handle enquiries, interviews and media liaison;

• Leverage on technology, social media and digital platforms to improve public awareness and fundraising outcomes;

• Engage and drive outreach through various platforms and networking tools;

• Responsible for publications, promotional materials, press releases, proposals, etc;

• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, guidelines and the prevailing regulatory requirements; and

• Supervise and mentor fundraising, public awareness and community relations team.
  

• A Degree, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications and New Media or related fields

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in fundraising, donor relations, event management and/or marketing

• Experience in managing people, stakeholders, projects and budgeting

• Hands on experience with marketing tools (including social media)
  

• Strong in planning and execution with the ability to drive processes and delivery

• Able to multi-task with an eye for details and attention to deadlines

• Good interpersonal and people management skills

• Strong command of the English Language with good writing and presentation skills
