Manager / Assistant Manager (population Health Planning Office)
Job Description
What the role is
You will join the Population Health Planning Office (PHPO) which is responsible for developing concepts, policies and working models with partners to enable the successful roll-out of Healthier SG. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What you will be working on
You will:
• Formulate, review and implement policies and detailed processes to improve population health
• Organise and drive stakeholder engagement to support population health efforts
• Work collaboratively with a range of partners such as Agency for Integrated Care, Health Promotion Board, clusters and community partners to ensure that the policies and plans meet national objectives
What we are looking for
• Tertiary qualification in any discipline is required
• Curious and analytical, with good writing and communication skills
• Self-driven and able to build connections and work collaboratively with multiple teams
• Commitment to and persistence in improving the healthcare system to serve Singaporeans better
• As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
